I'm sorry if I offended you at all. I'm really confused when it comes to this war and I'm just hoping that whatever happens it doesn't last long. Of course, that's pretty wishful thinking.

I really agree with everything Shirosynth said though. At the same time, I don't want to tick anyone off. I don't really want to get into anything political, it's not my thing. Debates really aren't my thing either. Debate with people like Shirosynth who know what their saying >

you have a misconception about the battle strategy here. war isnt about who kills the most wins, its about taking out the leader and having as minimum cauasalties as possible.

there will be no bombing of houses, or bombing of children.

i dont see people going against what happened in afganistan anymore, seeing as though we've rebuilt that country and helped them on their feet

not everyone hates us, and the hatred u speak of isnt a majority view. its evil people in power brainwashing its people into hatred. kuwait and afganistan dont hate us because of what we've done for their countries. america isnt the evil threat, and kuwait and afganistan have been fortunate to realize this, and rise above the ignorance that plagues most middle eastern countries.

besides, the hatred u speak of is irrelevant. the hatred will be there regardless of what we do. saying "theyll hate us more" when they "hate us to death" really doesnt matter.

interesting because we suffer that hatred now. all the world hates the united states for standing up against something, and making the world deal with problems theyre too lazy to approach.

we do care about the people, not the oil. france is the only country ive seen whos gone out of their way to protect the billions they have in oil contracts with sadaam.
as far as france and sadaam are concerned, those two seem to be bed buddies with money.

to the united states, its not about oil, its about protecting the world and freeing an opressed nation, and upholding the UN resolutions.

think of the opposite? do you think its better to not save innocent lives and let a murderer in power kill more people?

dont forget whos making iraq cooperate.
none of this so called peace cooperation would not be without the pressure the United states has placed upon iraq.

in conclusion, the only person who will decide and want war is Iraq. The ball has always been in their court to comply and destroy their weapons. they have not, and are in direct violation of 1442 countless times over.
